TurningLeaf Housewrights, LLC is a residential design/build firm established in 2009 focused on creative design, green building practices, and detailed craftsmanship. Working with small crews of dedicated tradespeople, TurningLeaf Housewrights, LLC has built a reputation in the greater Upper Valley of VT and NH for high integrity and fine detailed work.
Renovation
Renovation projects focus on smart solutions that improve the use of space, traffic flow, natural lighting; and create spaces that are inspirational and inviting. Rather than simply improving aesthetics by upgrading finish materials, we believe it is a wise investment to take the opportunity to improve energy efficiency as well as make structural and mechanical improvements.
New Construction
New construction presents an opportunity to design a home or large addition from the ground up that connects the structure to both the natural surroundings and the community. We utilize the best practices for framing, insulation, and high performance energy efficient design strategies to build homes that deliver high quality indoor comfort and minimize the use of energy.
